100% agree.
Haven't read the article so probably don't know enough about exactly what the miners are asking for...but as @bluearrow mentioned, CYL has turned that mine around and secured employment for them, along with the labor of those workers. Maybe they should keep an eye on the bigger picture because as CYL grows and eventually develops the Victorian projects CYL could become a place to grow your career opportunities and as the position of the company improves financially, the financial rewards could/should grow with it.
The Henty miners could be looking to bite the hand that feeds them a little early. I wouldn't have thought a maiden profit is the right time....when profit/performance by management and workers is proven consistently, then it might be time to sit and discuss how the spoils will be shared?
