Hi Little T. I have valued your posts over time, and many of them have focussed on the extent to which "insto's" own shares. I have a couple of questions
1) How do you define an insto? Many commentators on here have assumed that this refers to the largest holders, but it seems that those are simply nominees who hold shares on behalf of unidentified shareholders. How do you determine who the insto's are and the number of shares they hold?
2) What is the significance of insto's holding over 50% of the shares? Does this mean that a takeover is going to be any more likely or less complicated than if the shares are held by individuals?
