- Prismen .Instos I mentioned hold shares as nominees on behalf of unidentified shareholders .I identify them from the share register and talking to brokers to see who has been buying and selling. I believe a takeover is more possible when you have instos owning more than 50% of a company’s stock as they are not as emotionally invested in the stock as retail investors ,they are often more interested in a reasonable profit than hanging on for a long time ,similar to the recent selling by tribecca ,Milford’s and Fairview .
