So, and without being rude, you really have no evidence of whether the "insto's" are nearing 50% or not. If Milford,Tribeca and Fairview have sold, there is no guarantee that they have sold to other insto's, nor can you say that the extra 2.5 million shares to which you refer above have gone into the hands of institutions rather than individuals. I saw an AGM presentation from 2021 which said that about 30% of the company was held by institutional investors, so your guesswork may be right, but I think everyone needs to be clear that just because HSBC nominees is the top shareholder with 17.65% of the shares, it does not mean that they hold 17.65% of the voting power.
