5. Get paid if you generate excess electricty.

6. Get a tax free high IRR on your initial investment

7. Reap the rewards as electricty prices soar regardless of which party is in government

8. After you recover your initial cost you get huge yearly dividends in the form of 'free' electricity or 'free' electricity and maybe some cash payments as well.

And finally, put up the biggest system that you can up to 10,000 watts.

A 1500 watt system should do quite a bit to offset a lot of your usage for 2 people, 2000 watts should probably cover everything, 3000 watts you are making money, 10,000 watts and you must be a really rich person with a sense of 'greenie' or a very astute person that can use the system to make a bunch of bucks..............

Here in Vic a 1500 watt system can run from $2600 to just under $3000 depending on the company and type of equipment used.
