It's really interesting to see the way how retailers' views are manipulated, just like how plebs' minds are brainwashed by MSM nowadays.

Before no one here ever mentioned anything about SGR's financial condition and now all of a sudden it's on the edge of insolvency and needs immediate capital injection?

Bell's report is as expected to play the red face so nothing new, it's not a death sentence, nor the final decision of NICC..the government needs to make the final call while considering the impact of potential job loss and other damage to the economy and its reputation. On the other hand, the purpose for NICC to deliver the report which it received a month ago on the exact day of SGR's financial report is questionable, it's now beyond witch-hunting but more like deliberate sabotage- read the report it lacks substantial content to crucify SGR apart from the so-called four breaches, all the rest are more likely empty talks about culture reform and other cliche.

With current macro environment and over-regulation, to start its casino asset is no longer a profit-generating asset but a loss-making liability so a rational decision would be to freeze it, from this perspective retaining the license is no longer a priority to the company, that's why we might see a write-down or off in its casino assets and large-scale layoffs.. all these are necessary for the survival of the company.

As an investor, I don't really see much changed in the past week and some potential positivity might just be ahead- remember when things seem too bad to be true, the turn around might be just ahead-assuming the broader factors remain the same in the short to medium term, it's either for Star to slow bleeding to despair or to cut off an arm or leg to survive.

Tomorrow we will find some answers, think about BM and other major stakeholders averaged all the way down, you have nothing much to worry about, and remember- volatility is not the real risk.
