    The last para in your posts says it all.

    Thats why I believe there is next to no chance that AGS will reclaim the entire resource.

    The 75% partner pulls the strings. When the Price is right they will move. As has been posted they can agree to a resolution at any point if need be. They can also, if need be, go all the way through Court processes if they need time for U prices to move to a level acceptable to them. Again at any time they can settle. Either through buyout or resolution.

    Its very probable the Price of Uranium will move higher.

    Along the way there should be areas of pullbacks and/or consolidation.

    imo The move from 60 to 80 will take a longer period than the recent move from 40 to 60..(Spot price).
