Your probably right. I am just trying to figure out how SYA is going to get around the court mandated downstream clause in the NAL deal. Is SYA just going to pay the fines (whatever they are) and defy the court agreement? Does SYA truly believe that we are going to find a partner to help fund and produce carbonate from our NAL "half built plant"?
It is still unclear to me about the date that needs to happen. Is it 2026 or 2031? It is stated in the announcement as "sixth anniversary until the 10th anniversary". Does anyone have any incite about what this means?
On another note, Why does every news article, web cast, conference, and etc always mention PLL and not SYA. They always imply that PLL is producing spod from the NAL mine. PLL does not produce anything. They just have a 25% investment in the a 50% amount of the NAL spod.
It seems they get all the news and SYA is an after thought. Why doesn't SYA get any of the headlines? Just asking.
