If this goes up the Line to a Class Action, CDU shares could well be worth $50, imo., when Rocklands gets closer to Production in a year or two.

M&G and Vanguard are not investing in CuDeco for a mediocre return. Dividends of $2+ a share for many years could be on offer. Who would want to sell-out their CuDeco stock. Anyhow, the two Companies are still accumulating.

My lost 11000 CDU shares could then be worth $550000 in Compensation plus the costs of Legal Proceedings.

As I see it, at this stage, time is on my side, and, also, I feel I have a strong case to make for Mum and Dad Investors so savagely and unjustly hurt by the CDU trading on the 18th August, 2010.
