There is no need for a buffer zone. Your compromise of a buffer zone is the hope that the buffer zone deters Arizona Lithium from proceeding with the project all together. You live in a fantasy world if you think there is no lithium in the other areas. Fantasies are good for avoiding dealing with reality.
