Yes. I would have liked the opportunity to sell my shares at 53c aswell. I also see this as a positive. After due diligence and site visits someone was willing to invest $17 million at a massive premium of 53c. Can’t be a bad thing surely that someone with knowledge thinks it’s worth at least that much. Also they didn’t think to wait for the next capital raise at “ 10-12c” that some here have suggested would occur. If there was a planned capital raise at 10-12 c surely you’d wait to underwrite that rather than pay 53c. GLTAHs
