    A good announcement.

    The options are not for just taking the tungsten but working collaboratively on US Govt programs and funding opportunities. The strike price of 10c is interesting.

    An interesting observation is the price for the options. The options granted in the recent raise are at 6.75c and are exercisable before 29/5/27.

    These options have been struck at 10c and have a short exercise date of 2 years.

    This suggests the bargaining power for this deal was with EQR.
