pay $1mil and month on something and don’t use it, in fact by not using it will reduce the companies MC and weaken SP?
the same BOD has kept the company in ….. needing to CR, failing CR or in the process of CR since Dec 2023.
that is an astute BOD?

i would say that the Zim Pen Fund play was astute, but with good risk frameworks they would have done that in DEC CR.
