I'm assuming Stibium would only need quick and shallow drilling.
But if we only have 1 shallow rig, then it seems important to reserve it for RPM for PFS use (between North and North Uphill).
An estimate for Antimony from bulk test samples and trenches would be hardly accurate. But if self funding construction, it may be possible to skip some steps (steps which lenders would require). So it depends how expensive construction would be, whether self funding is realistic. I'd imagine they'll have to drill at least some - maybe to indicated level, but over a small area (the shallow vein, with just a little drilling outside of there).
Now we have some cash after the raising, so possibly they could free up an extra rig for Antimony, but I'd still guess that they'll wait on a grant or PFS drilling to be complete or further excess cash before doing that. I don't think they want to cause a delay for PFS - so all drilling focus is on that, until we have an excess of rigs to put towards Train-Area/Antimony.
