I dunno, personally, i dont like how they introduce Mr Ross. Im sure hes a great chap, but it reads a lot like hes being brought in with a financial focus(not a bad thing with share performance last 6 months) instead of mining or mineral. It also seems to emphasis his history with raising funds and financing. Im being a bit pessimistic here, but I hope it doesnt signal a lot of dilution or something.

We look to be heading into tough economic times. We want to keep the value in the company, not sell it off or partition it out until we are only left with the worthless stuff.
