The first placement was back in September.
Almost three months later and the shares have still not been issued.
If it takes them that long to organise a placement, how long will it take to organise everything else?

The first step the company must take is to convert the Alpine School District well into a water disposal well.

Well they don't call it the Alpine School District for nothing..

The wells are at 8000ft above sea level, making it one of the highest gas fields on the planet, giving Clear Creek its "Special Challenges"

Its already snowing at Clear Creek, and the whole place is likely to be snowed in until April.

Imagine drilling at 40 Acre spacing at Perisher or Falls Creek.
They are trying to do something similar, but 2000ft higher
and closer to the Pole.

This gas field is hard work.
I cannot see much happenning until April until after the thaw.

The share volume is very low, when the shares get released the share price will be under pressure.

Tick Tack Toe will also provide ongoing selling pressure for the next 12 months. Thats the nature of the contract.

I cant see anything positive happenning until March - April.

If you believe in this company and the prospects, the buying opportunity will be in March 2011 at the earliest.
