WoW!!! I can smell the negativity through the internet ;o)
Hawkish I'm with you. Here are my thoughts:

1. Management probably did not expect the fallout from their share offloading. They then tried to salvage the situation but failed.
2. Like most speccies they will always hedge their bets when they have an oppertunity. Look at CTP. Raises cash before target depth and sells the spin on how likely there will be flowing oil then BAME! Duster.. lol If they had waited they would never have been able to raise the cash to continue drilling. It hurt but then net result is positive for shareholders.
3. I suspect management dont expect the share price to stay at 5c and discussions/progress/oppertunitues behind closed doors will eventuate.
4. I would not be surprised to get news of an aqusition anytime soon.
5. EVeryone on this forum were praising Rox for pulling off this great Tech deal so they can focus on other oppertunities. Now everyone is saying the deal is rubbish and Rox must focus on the Zinc. Geez make up your mind guys.
6. From where I am sitting we are in a win-win situation here. We own the tenament and have cash to further explore it. If Tech walks away we now have the cash to progress it - a month ago Rox was ulmost done for! If Tech sign and show some enthusiasm for 2011 drill program we are laughing too.

Lastly, Meerkat sounds bitter and twisted but every share on HC has a Meerkat. I think we should call it the Meerkat Syndrome LOL

My sentiment is a BUY given where we are at this point in time and the current price.
