I believe the appropriations Bill (which includes the VA funding for 25') will be signed in the next couple of weeks. Is the Philips agreement hinging on the signing of the Appropriations Bill? which would make sense then to push back additional comms until after the signing of the Philips deal or at least the Appropriations Bill.
