@lucky 992 Thanks for going to the trouble with the extensive reply.
My journey is a similar but much milder version of yours.
There are not many foods that I can tolerate and lately i cannot tolerate vitamin C and B vitamins.
I checked in my collection of supplements, and I already have some NAC which I have tried previously, unfortunately unsuccessfully, I will try it again sometime, I am improving after discovering ill effects from B vitamins so I may now tolerate NAC.
