Dodgy deal as usual.
Engaged Minmetals to find a buyer for the project and instead just found a buyer for Gino and ex chairman, Russell Moran's wife Fiona's free shares. Shares not in Russell's name as he was bankrupted recently. Snouts have been in the trough since MTC bought Sturec and Moran, the then chairman, tried to get a 2% smelter royalty and 9M freebies as a finders fee. Was eventually deemed unreasonable so he only got 6M shares.
