Nah mate, you presented a chart illustrating the tranches of amounts raised and SP. The collateral shares (at nil consideration) were not included because it would be inappropriate to include collateral shares with ordinary shares when arguing the adverse effects of the ATM from a dilution vs funding perspective, and its consequent effect on SP. Are you going to correct this once the facility is closed out and the company buys back collateral shares (at nil consideration)? I doubt it.

I've noticed a tendency in your posts to disproportionately magnify any issues Galan related. I've also witnessed several glaring errors, all of which are have been to the detriment of Galan. Now, I don't wish to sit here and critise posters; we need as much information as possible on these threads. But there appears a sever misalignment between the content of your posts, and the disclosed 'neutral' sentiment you have to this stock.
