If I was reading between the lines here the underwriters of the recent retail offer who ended up with a lot of shares won’t be complaining too much at the moment. The overhang must be pretty close to being washed out of the system. I am sure there will be a number of retail holders who had the opportunity to take up the offer are now kicking themselves.
