The SP is just a bit overbought at this point. But overbought conditions can continue on in a bull market and that's a good sign, sign of strength. Also, the SP has come very close to 61.8 Fibonacci retracement and oftentimes a pull-back ensues at this level, before the retracement rally resumes. The rally is not over yet.
