So, if anybody is a lawyer out there, can you explain how they can Sell there personal holdings at 53c without disclosing anything about the other bidders, other than saying there has been a successful outcome after finishing Due Diligence recently in the quarterly report ?.
So how could they sell unless they are full 100% confident that all shareholders will be able to sell ABOVE 53c ?
I think the fact our Directors have sold at 53c with there Full INSIDE INFORMATION of the sale process and we have no clue means they are 100% confident all shareholders will receive at least 53c or higher..
