Something to remember is that there was $560m of transaction and transition expenses on the profit and loss. This equates to ~66c EPS. If you add this back in you get $1.00 EPS which gives you ~7 PE.
Then if you are thinking about adding a full year Blackwater and Daunia into the mix you get somewhere between 2-4 PE depending on cap ex.
Of course thats with the same coal price…
