There is plenty of M&A talk in the air according to Money of Mine podcast and you wouldn't think it gets better synergies than CAV and GMD. I expect there has already been discussions between the parties but CAV directors will be looking at the optimal balance for the takeover between derisking the project and not having to spend any more money... maybe further assays, receipt of mining licence and increasing MRE to sell a mine-ready asset?
