i am not worthy of the steel undies trophy (and I'm not just saying that because they have already been worn, even if only on the outside)

would have helped if i had them on this morning but i had to sell a few as it looks like the same pattern as the last few days so far, derisking seems to be the order of the day now, I could and often am wrong but I couldn't afford to sit on the paper loss if it goes pear shaped.
