I don't have time to research atm, but at the bottom it mentions a few other companies who also received a letter.
Would be interesting to check if any of those companies have announced receiving the letter, or equally silent as AVL.
Perhaps the conditions are simply out if the question so there is no chance credit would be accepted, so that's why there was no news about it to shareholders?
