Thanks. From my quick glance most of the slides indicate a link between ALS and autophagy but not much info on link between MPL & autophagy as it is crucial to know and explain to FDA the method of action (MOA). The stronger the evidence the better.

I am invested in another biotech where the company didn’t know how the drug worked (it’s MOA) and they funded external research to tease it out and after it has been now known by mgmt is kept under wraps until patent paperwork is completed. So each company could have a strategy based on whether the MOA is known, proven and whether there are IP considerations and commercial value attached to it. Hence my questions.
