Agree to most of your post Glyda but with one big difference:
Extension will be granted with a few Major not Minor concessions within next 2 weeks...
Extension wont be granted without these Major concession.
This concession namely being the Chinese get involved and OPR gets thier money. How MMX and the chinese want to structure this is up to them. MMX will have to make concessions alright.
