Disagree with you here pal. Power Gen turbines have a short lead time when compared to other significant oil and gas infrastructure . (MCHE for example) Subs stations aren’t a big deal either - basically jelectrical components in a pressurized box - ABB is a leading mass producer - if you think it would take more than 2 years to build a substation- then it is you my friend that have no idea about power generation- or - more likely- have far too much experience dealing with large multinational companies that love dragging the chain and flooding with paperwork when it comes to actually getting things done. We aren’t reinventing the wheel here…. IVZ could be large scale power gen operators in less than a handful of years with the right financial backing. I used Woodside as an example - where they only took 7 years for an offshore project to be running down LNG to highlight that even the slow and laborious companies can do it faster than the 10+ highlighted by another persons comments. Smaller companies work significantly faster and make decisions a lot quicker.
