Firstly, if you know the laws, and management should, try very hard not to breach them. Do what is necessary to prevent the regulator from pressing it knee onto your throat.
You then wouldn’t be investigated and fined, wouldn’t be at risk of losing your license to operate. I mean this has been the biggest thing that has cost it financially and socially right?
It seemed obvious from the investigation and the subsequent release of information that there had been a bunch of cowboys/cowgirls running the show, and here we are today as a result..
