Not sure flick, based on a few reasons

- NOR told us its a BAFO, but did not tell us when the BAFO was logged, start of June, end of July?
- History tells us that NOR never tell the market when a deal falls through, it just magically drops off announcements and holders need to figure it out. Kudos to @Creaturemagic who held them accountable and forced them to be transparent - LINK TO ANN

- I would be looking for the language in the next Quarterly. But we shouldn't need too. Good management should tell the market proactively. IMO

What needs to happen?

Same thing that should have happened the last 5+ years

- If NOR tech was any good, they would have got a take over opportunity and I can bet they would have jumped at it. So I think we can rule this out.
- Management need to go. @Doz alluded at this a long time ago but never followed through with it. - https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/41084831/single - this was 5 YEARS AGO. Imagine if they had have done something.
- It's all up to the Doc I guess. We've posted evidence of him investing in many other AI type specs, I would love to actually hear from him on his thoughts on the company and its prospects. A Investor Update or similar would be nice.
