In my opinion, legally the Company can't say "Sofdra will definitely sell X number of scripts", but they believe in the product and the mechanisms being put in place for successful sales, and so they say "Management have assumed a more than likely probability of achievement of all above hurdles". That's their way of telling shareholders we are on a blockbuster drug here, without contravening ASIC rules.

I believe when Howie was saying "we're going to hit the ground running", that they weren't considering a Patient Experience Program or the Telemarketing angle. There was never a mention of those - it was only ever about recruiting salespeople and getting them trained up and out the door - so I suspect that these later developments have added time to the rollout. And I very much doubt "there is nothing taking place" between now and the webinar, but rather I expect it will be all hands on deck behind the scenes, getting everything organized. There would be a lot of work involved in getting us to first sales.
