Elguido, along with your information, i believe the biggest thing in the last announcement was "FAR advises that a delegation comprising two directors and FARs country manager
have held meetings with Petrosen and the newly appointed Minister for Energy for the Republic of Senegal concerning the second renewal of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) which commences on 23 November 2010."

Why would you send almost all of FAR directors/managers for a renewal unless you had good information to provide the new minister to make sure you keep the license. Surely the country manager could have done much of this leg work or were FAR just that concerned of losing it as well. Time will tell, but it is looking good for a drill date in Feb. and JV announcement in due course for Senegal. Throw in GB behind that and this low SP will be a thing of the past.
