The best time ever for good investor is to buy very high good quality company when sp is low being suprressed by market sentiment or when general market is crashed. That is what Warren Buffet has been doing for mor than 50 years and that is why he has lot of cash piled now. Simple rule= good quality company has nothing to do with market sentiment and will success over times. Be greedy when others are fearful and panic. Low SOI company like NEU is very easy to be played by funds that want to invest as it does not need too big capital.
I keep buying and building up my position. Even it goes lower to 10 i will keep doing that...
i remembered my PNV was being dragged to 80 cents from $4...i just did exactly the same keep buying
