The way that poster acts and does things is not the correct way.
I can assure you I am not them.

They did raise the point many times that several others have also mentioned,
Which was does this seem like a realistic amount of payment for the consultancy Job they are supposed to do. After checking and seeing quotes for similar services,
It does seem over the top.

Surely most if not all shareholders do not like their money to be wasted.

It seems like anyone could have got the job done far cheaper,
A simple google check shows the going rates:

3	Annual Services	$65,000 to $120,000

It would seem likely by looking at the going rate that SUM overpaid.

Now I am not sure but there are a lot of Shareholders on the SUM Thread,
Who most likely do not want their money thrown away,
It is Shareholders money after all and
Shareholders do have the right to ask that it is spent wisely.

Most people would get three quotes and choose the best one,
When shopping around for work that needs to be done....

Should we not expect the same thing from the company we are all part owners of?
