The other thing is if you zoom out and look at the 3 year charts for RCR you will notice that they have been well above 20 cents and have been falling . So the money isn't there below the 52 week low for anyone. From this point you would expect them to work it between 2.5 and 3 cents often to make a few bucks on low volume and no positive news.
