Depressed stock market and resources stocks plummeting = great time for an acquisition.
Setting up new ramp no shipments = preserving inventory whilst IO prices are depressed.
MGX share price all time lows = excellent timing for share buyback.
I think management could not be asking for better timing for all the above.
