A lot of tech trading 100x on no earnings
Property at all time highs
Cash eroding at10% due to inflation
Bonds stuffed
US market at all time highs with the AUD a lows...
I mean anybody got any other bright ideas where to allocate capital for "growth"?
You got to pick yr entry price somewhere sometime
Otherwise you might as well be playing sharemarket games at school with monopoly money
(and this goes for every so called Insto advisory firm with zero skin in the game as well)
Nobody can predict the future
And everybody is an expert with the benefit of hindsight
Particularly non holders
