The rest of what you said is worse nonsense. The physics of how CO2 acts as a GHG is well understood. Water vapour leaves the atmosphere quickly in the form of rain. 30% of CO2 currently in the atmosphere was added by humans burning fossil fuels. That is a long term imbalance that needs to be dealt with.
