seems like they were blindsided by the 2 shareholders claiming to jointly hold a controlling interest > 50%.....
directors ran to the takeover panel to save their bacon; using the argument that the 'association' between the 2 holders was never made known to TRP at any time prior to this power grab...

could get ugly if a long legal stoush occurs if they dig in to hold onto their golden tickets???
but also the panel seems like a weak move if they do in fact hold the controlling interest??

would appreciate anyone with better understanding to weigh in here please!...

hope they don't succeed taking it private / lifestyle company as others have pointed to...

very information poor right now.... need more transparency and a quick outcome !!!

worrying to buy into a company battling over controlling interest without knowing the agenda of the holders with >50%.
could they be trying to appointment one of themselves as a director?
