If you believe bri/snd/cog are good value you are better off buying them individually rather than buying NCC.
NCC does not trade at a significant discount to NTA especially since it includes 15% of overvalued unlisted assets.
There is almost no franking credits left and you will save yourself the management fee and interests on the convertible notes.
