Whilst I believe the deal is undervalued unfortunately I can't see any benefit in voting No...

It would slaughter the share price and then we have to hope that the same people that let us get in to this mess turn it around and take us to production. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Will be voting my 1.6m shares Yes unless better counter offer appears before.
