My reading of the vote on the resolution regarding extension of BPHOB options is that you can vote on it but if you have BPHOB options as well as heads your vote in favour will not be counted. I assume if you vote against the resolution, it will count but I can’t see many doing that. HOWEVER….I NEED CONFIRMATION!
