    Whoa! Been a while since I've visited and unfortunately GGP has carried on its downward trend :(

    Just adopting a "wait and see" approach, but realistically I'm not hoping for too much for the remainder of my shares and oppies, but will be happy if there's a pleasant surprise (PB).

    Seems like the JV partners who have gotten in bed with GGP haven't fared well either.... VIL, GGE, AUJ...
