Yes, it will interesting to see whether Gina (or some other predator) uses the cover of the MSCI and ASX 200 exits to acquire large stakes from index funds. But once that is behind us, and the algo trading calms down, it will be much more difficult for a predator to acquire a large stake surreptitiously, I think.
I am also interested to see whether Regal pop up on the registry. I think they've had a finger in the pie of all the recent Perth Basin acquisitions right (NWE, TPD, WGO).
