they have to follow the rules of announcement and you know it. It is intent until the investment is made. And every share holder in a company has the right to contact the company. Just because they won’t engage with you anymore, as you have previously complained about, dosnt mean they are hiding something. They might just think you are a complete waste of time or find it too difficult to explain very simple things to you. if thats the case a lot of people here would sympathise with them.
