Hi everyone
I wanted to provide a quick update on the options debate.

I emailed David this morning to clarify some points. Unfortunately, he was on the phone when I called, but Maureen was able to confirm that if you own options, your vote will not be counted.

This has raised two more questions for me, which I am waiting for David to get back to me on:
How many shareholders hold shares but not options?
What is the default action if people don’t vote? Will the options be reissued by default, or will they not be reissued?

I’ll update everyone as soon as I receive more information.
