Anyone who cares for the victims on both sides in the Ukraine-Russia war or a potential China-Taiwan one understands that the culprit is always Uncle Sam and their neocons. The goal is not all the slogans that Washington is good at propagandizing but the cynical achievements it prefers using their proxies to do the dirty work. You can also add the proxy allies it uses to do more of the financial/diplomatic tasks. Huawei and Telegram are fine examples including TikTok. The precedent is of course Toshiba-Alstom.
